Job Description

Heritage Federal Credit Union has seasonal paid internships. Our internship program is designed to get future financial professionals familiar with Branch operations within a financial institute. The internship program will have departmental tasks and duties that will develop skills and abilities needed in the financial industry. The internship program is for the summer semester and up to 30 hours per week.

Here at Heritage, we consider our interns regular team members that adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional behavior. Our goal is to allow interns to apply knowledge from academics to a professional workplace setting.

What you'll do:

• Learn department processes.
• Execute required task.
• Participate in department meetings.
• Team projects
• Collaborate with different departments.
• Represent Heritage at community events.

Qualifications/Experience Required :

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Incoming Sophomore/Junior/Senior
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• A team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
