The Hertz Internship Program is based in Estero, Florida at the world headquarters and offers internships in several areas of the company. Below you will find more information on the departments:
Technology – The Hertz Technology teams are transforming the industry each day. We are looking for interns to utilize their technical skillset to solve complex business problems and drive innovation across the company. The following areas support the placement of interns: CRM, Desktop Support, Cloud Platform Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
Legal – The Legal team supports business units throughout the company. We are looking to provide a well-rounded experience for those interested in practicing in-house. Interns will support the following U.S. based legal groups as needed: Strategy and Operations, Data Privacy, Marketing, Commercial Transactions, Procurement, Real Estate, Labor & Employment, Franchise, Litigation, Corporate Governance, and Compliance. Open to 1L, 2L or 3L students with exceptional research and writing skills who can work independently.
Marketing – This team supports the global marketing efforts of the Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty brands. We are looking for an intern who is a creative thinker that uses data to make strategic decisions.
Sales – The Sales team drives revenue across the company. We are looking for an intern with experience building relationships and providing best-in-class customer service.
Customer Experience – The Customer Experience team supports the Hertz bands through shaping, driving, and promoting a multi-channel approach to the way customers experience the Hertz family of brands. We are looking for an intern with strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
Revenue Management – The primary focus of the Revenue Management team is to maximize profit for the Hertz fleet. We are looking for an intern with a passion for the travel industry who has an analytical background with a strong understanding of economic principles.
Sustainability – The Corporate Affairs team has an impact on building, protecting, and defending the company’s business and reputation. The successful candidate will support Hertz’s efforts in sustainability across the company, and they will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Human Resources – The Human Resources team is responsible for driving and supporting human capital strategy and high-value HR processes aligned to overall business strategy. We are looking for an intern with customer service experience and project management experience.
Finance - Internal Audit and Reporting
The internship salary range starts at $20 per hour; commensurate with experience and degree related to department. Travel assistance and housing options are provided to interns who are not located in Southwest Florida.
Qualifications:
Must be able to attend in-person for 12 weeks during the summer of 2025.
Must be a current student at a college/university as a rising Junior, Senior or Graduate Student
