We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive/Construction Project Mgr. to join our Phoenix construction branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape construction, exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales and client relations, and project management. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Highlights of what our Account Executive/Construction Project Mgr. will do:

• Assist management with determining market strategies & goals for each product and service offered.
• Research new customers and better understand existing, in effort to increase market share and probability.
• Evaluate project demands to facilitate and prepare estimates and designs based upon needs of clients and governing jurisdictions.
• Follow up on leads hot and cold, and properly track and focus on all opportunities.
• Maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts that attribute to sales process.
• Create and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Act as liaison between internal team and client to ensure proper installation, scheduling and turnover takes place, and assist thereafter, as needed.

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that an ideal Account Executive/Construction Project Mgr. would possess are:

• 3-5 years of relationship based sales experience (construction or related industries) is preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management (construction or related industries) is preferred.
• Strategic and analytical skills as well as the ability to “think outside the box”.
• Excellent people and relationship building skills, creative problem-solving capability, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible work hours with the ability to attend events beyond normal business hours.
