Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to commercial construction projects while gaining valuable project management experience.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Travel to project sites as needed

• Support project budgeting, scheduling, and overall management.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection reports to ensure project accuracy.
• Negotiate, track, and approve change orders in a timely manner.
• Supervise and coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely project completion in alignment with specifications and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Work closely with Superintendents to oversee project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, and other Office applications for project tracking.
• Apply knowledge of construction best practices and project management techniques.
• Assist with estimating and proposal development.

• Experience: 3-5 years in commercial construction project management.
• Education: A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Teamwork & Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with upper management, clients, and project teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills, especially under time-sensitive conditions.
• Client Relations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

$80,000-$100,000
