Position Overview Our Antitrust and Competition Economics practice is a leader in providing economic analysis, advice, and testimony for antitrust and merger cases globally. Clients include government agencies, law firms, and corporations. Past engagements include work with Office Depot/OfficeMax, Texas Instruments/National Semiconductor, and Google/Motorola Mobility. We customize analyses using tools like merger simulation, econometrics, bargaining, and game theory, ensuring clear communication of complex economic analyses in court or regulatory settings. Associates Have the Opportunity To Perform economic analyses supporting case theories Build Excel models and perform regression analysis using Stata, R, Python, or SAS Conduct economic and industry research and analyze client materials Review and summarize analyst reports and industry press Assist in preparing research summaries, expert reports, and presentations Ensure analysis accuracy and integrity Support practice development activities such as training, recruiting, and knowledge management Minimal travel is required as most work is performed in-office.
