Automotive Controller Gerald Auto Group is seeking an experienced, engaged, and motivated Automotive Controller to work closely with operations to ensure efficient schedule management and accurate financial reporting for two locations. Position Responsibilities Oversee all financial activities, including timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and cash management Assures that the duties, responsibilities, and authority of each assignment are clearly defined, effective, and communicated Balance sheet review. Research, resolve, and/or escalate discrepancies Strong working knowledge of all accounting positions Work with the General Manager and to assist with cash management and expense analysis Timely submission of the monthly financial statement to the manufacturer and NCM for two locations Special projects as necessary Reports to Group Controller Qualifications 5+ years automotive financial statement experience Ability to be analytical, problem solve, and prioritize effectively Strong communication, organizational, and training skills Possess a sense of urgency and stability Professional appearance and work ethic Dealertrack DMS preferred We Offer 401K retirement plan with up to a $7,500 annual match Medical, Dental, Vision, and other supplemental insurance options Paid Life Insurance Paid vacation, PTO, and holidays Paid maternity leave Employee discounts Great work environment and growth opportunities Gerald Auto Group
