About the Role - This is a Service Contract Act (SCA) position .
HomeSafe Alliance is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Booking Coordinator to be the liaison between agents, haulers, customers and other departments involved with the movement of military member's household goods.
Location : This is an on-site opportunity located in Wichita Falls, TX. Qualified applicants must be within driving distance.
Responsibilities / Duties :
- Deal directly with agents, haulers, customers, and bases either by telephone or electronically.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries.
- Handle and resolve any concerns between external and internal partners/customers.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
- Organize workflow to meet timeframes.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Keep records of all interactions between partners and customers.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and concerns.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external departments.
- Follow up on internal and external interactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the household goods moving process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Skills Requirements :
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 1+ year administration/operations experience, with military relocation of household goods preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, patience, and empathy.
- Proficient with basic computer skills.
Location : This is an
on-site opportunity located in
Wichita Falls, TX . Qualified applicants must be within driving distance. Position may have the option for a Hybrid work schedule following successful completion of training (approximately 30-60 days) in Wichita Falls, TX office 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
