Support practice, thought leadership, and people development activities firmwide Cultivate knowledge related to a specific business challenge, issue, or deepen understanding within a sector and function domain Share experiences related to business issues and demonstrate a capacity for knowledge transfer amongst peers and junior staff Financial Services experience required inclusive of Wealth and Asset Management business knowledge cross functionally. Post M&A Integration experience preferred. Technical Skills: Software proficiency: Required: Excel Nice to Have: JIRA, Confluence Familiarity with software development methodologies, e.g., Agile Development Ability to create detailed requirement documentation, including business requirements, functional requirements, use cases and user stories as needed Ability to develop a detailed gap analysis of business requirements to current state solutions and other 3rd party solutions as identified Understanding of APIs and other data exchange protocols to identify system interface requirements Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, e.g., business owners, dependent workstream owners, program management, IT subject matter experts, etc. Active listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of end users and translate them into business requirements Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of requirement documentation and gap analysis Experience with requirements gathering techniques for interpreting business conversations into clear and concise business requirements Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional workstreams and business owners, e.g., Advisor Experience, Trading, Advisory Billing and Reporting, etc. Time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and due dates Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities Understanding of Financial Services Industry and the financial systems and concepts Business Development Skills Write business proposals and presentations autonomously Detect, trace, and qualify business opportunities Relay information relevant to new business activities and prospects to manager, team, and business unit/line leaders People Management Skills Supervise a project team internally and on client assignment Bonus Skills: Experience with BONUS, Xtiva, BRACS or any other Advisory Commissions System, including organic solutions Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in business analytics, business administration or any other relevant degree. 3-5+ years of recent client facing management consulting experience Compensation and Benefits: $116K + Annual Discretionary Bonus Healthcare coverage that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance policies Generous time off Parental leave paid at 100% of base pay for all new parents regardless of gender Building Healthy Families Program 9 Company Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday 401(k) Plan - 4% matching on day 1 College save-up plan & college loan repayment plan Monthly cell phone stipend Gym Reimbursement through firm medical plan Our Commitment To Diversity Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are part of Sia Partners’ DNA.
