Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Career Coach with a background in closing sales and delivering tailored career coaching in the tech industry. This commission-based position involves earning 40% on each client served, with an initial goal of securing 30 new clients within 3 months. Successful coaches will transition into a base salary plus commission structure upon reaching this target.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of career coaching services for tech professionals, with coaching that supports diverse clients, including recent graduates, career changers, international students, and executives.
• Use Zoho Recruit ATS or similar systems for tracking and managing candidate interactions and coaching progress.
• Deliver effective coaching on topics such as career transitions, job search strategies, resume development, and interview preparation, specifically tailored to tech industry roles.
• Provide support for a client base focused on tech roles such as software engineering, ML/AI, and data science.
• Align with Shtudy’s values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping clients achieve their career goals in companies with positive workplace cultures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in career coaching with a strong track record in sales and client acquisition.
• Familiarity with Zoho Recruit ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Deep understanding of the tech industry job market, particularly in software engineering, ML/AI, and data science.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to meet the target of 30 new clients in 3 months.
• Availability to work from 9 am - 5 pm EST.

Compensation:

• 40% commission on all client sign-ups and services.
• Transition to base salary plus commission upon reaching the 3-month target.
