*Schedule Options:*
* *Full-time:* 40 hours/week, 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm, weekdays and every other weekend with some holiday requirement
* *Part-time:* 24 hours/week, 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm, weekdays and every other weekend with some holiday requirement

*About the Role:*
The CNA is essential in promoting and restoring residents' quality of life by delivering compassionate nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs. This role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within our healthcare team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist residents with activities of daily living in a skilled nursing environment
* Provide hands-on nursing care as determined by individual care plans
* Ensure resident safety and comfort while lifting, transferring, and supporting them as needed
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
*Qualifications:*
* Current New York State certification as a CNA required
* Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift
* Capacity to push, pull, lift, and transfer residents, particularly when lifting exceeds 35 pounds
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
