About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership, driving the financial strategy to support the company's growth initiatives. This role involves leading and managing all financial aspects, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the organization's financial health and compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial operations, risk management, investment and capital management, and team leadership. They will also be the key point of contact for financial stakeholders and will oversee the implementation of financial systems and technology. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and CPA or CFA designation preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations, as well as expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Operational leadership, experience in M&A, and a proven track record of leading finance teams in dynamic environments are also key qualifications. The CFO must possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be adept at influencing and collaborating with senior leadership. High ethical standards, integrity, and a results-driven, proactive mindset are essential personal attributes for this role.
