Are you a highly detailed person who can adapt to various situations quickly? The Clinical Administrative Assistant is perfect for you! This role is responsible for providing direct support to the Chief Medical Officer, assisting with administrative duties to ensure efficient day to day clinical operations.

Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do :

• Assist with coordinating staff schedules
• Coordinate interviews for clinical candidates
• Coordinate meeting schedules
• Assist with performance metric tracking
• Coordinate training opportunities
• Coordinate meeting space
• Assist with project planning
• Coordinate Provider Time Off
• Work closely with providers, team leads and cross-functional leaders
• Other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed

To become one of our CARES-givers, you will have excellent patient engagement, strong communication skills and an eye for continuous improvement. You will also have the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to produce quality work within tight time frames
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community health centers and/or non-profits is preferred.
• Experience serving multicultural and multilingual patient populations
• Strong MS Office Suite skills, as well experience with eClinicalWorks or similar
• Bilingual in Spanish, Pashto, Burmese, Rohingya or any other languages a plus
• Promote service excellence
• Have a servant heart with the desire to make a positive impact
