• Bottle service: Managing bottle service orders, including presentation and delivery of high-end liquor bottles to VIP tables.
• Table management: Maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned tables, clearing empty glasses, and resetting tables as needed.
• Customer interaction: Engaging with patrons to ensure their satisfaction, offering suggestions on drinks, and addressing any concerns.
• Payment processing: Accurately processing payments for drinks using a point-of-sale system.
• ID verification: Checking identification to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age.
• Promoting specials: Informing customers about current drink specials and promotions.
• Maintaining appearance: Adhering to the nightclub's dress code and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with diverse clientele in a friendly and engaging manner.
