CLS CRE is Los Angeles Premier commercial mortgage brokerage serving Investors, Developers, and Owner-users of Commercial Real Estate with Permanent and Construction Loans, between 2-150MM, Nationwide.

CLS CRE was founded three years ago and originates between 200-400MM annually in aggregate loan dollars. We primarily focus on the Southern California markets retail industrial, and multifamily sectors. We have a hybrid work model that allows scheduling flexibility. We are experts at facilitating 1031 exchanges by helping clients move capital across the nation through the identification and financing of net-leased properties. With access to a network of lenders and investors, including life insurance companies, debt funds, banks, and credit unions, we deliver customized financing strategies that align with the investment goals of our clients. We are passionate about creating value and building long-term relationships in the commercial real estate space.

 

Job Type:  Full-time, Contract

 

CLS CRE Provides:

  • Leads (vetted) inclusive of contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses allowing producers to immediately start building their book of business on day one

Job Description / Daily Duties:

  • Outbound strategic reach out targeting lower to middle-market private client investors in commercial real estate via phone, email, text, and social media messaging
  • Attend events and conferences to build lending and client relationships within the industry and stay informed on current policies and loan programs
  • Target product segments, loan maturities, construction starts, and completions utilizing online analytics tools to develop a book of business
  • Ability to strategically grow your business across a nationwide platform
  • Pitch to prospective clients our value proposition inclusive of our capital market resource providers and their applicable loan programs
  • Meet clients at job sites, their businesses, properties, social events, and meals
  • Attend weekly production and lender meetings
  • Maintain a weekly business development performance log 
  • Collaborative hybrid office and virtual work environment

 

Pay:  $100,000 - $500,000 per year (expected commission pay)

After one month probation period, there is a $150 month technology fee paid monthly by Agent to Brokerage

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Real estate: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Finance: 1 year (Preferred)

 

License/Certification:

  • California Real Estate or Brokerage License (Required)

 

  • Work Location :
  • Up to 100% Remote positions available for highly qualified candidates
  • Hybrid positions are available for those with moderate experience
  • There is a preference for candidates to be within 30 miles of the Los Angeles main office at a minimum based in California.
