Job Details

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Lines Producer to join our thriving sales team. This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial lines, property, and casualty insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business development and achieve sales targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial lines insurance market.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Collaborate with the underwriting team to assess potential risks and develop suitable coverage plans.
5. Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our insurance products.
8. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on risk management and insurance matters.
9. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional network and generate leads.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, underwriting processes, and insurance carrier operations.
4. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and make sound decisions.
9. Current and valid insurance license.
10. Willingness to continue professional development and stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
