It's A Secret Med Spa is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Cosmetic Injector. The ideal candidate would be an individual with previous formal training in cosmetic injectables with at least 1 year of experience, has a passion for the industry, is resourceful, dependable, has a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, an aptitude for sales and exceptional bed-side manner.

A Day in the Life of a Cosmetic Injector

  1. Evaluate client's needs and develop aesthetic treatment plans, services, and recommend skin care products during client consultations to ensure all client's aesthetic goals are met.
  2. Perform neurotoxin and filler injections according to the compliance standards and delegation orders of practice set forth by the Company and state law.
  3. Engage in training peers and new hires on services, guidelines, and Company expectations.
  4. Self-promote and engage in all Company owned social media platforms created and with assistance of the Marketing department.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation and charting of each client's medical records in regard to all treatments administered.
  6. Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to management of inventory needs and inventory counts.
  7. Assist with unpacking and storing orders acquired within locations appropriately and timely.
  8. Maintain an elite, clean, and organized work/treatment area throughout the location.
  9. Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management to excel in various skillsets.
  10. Attend and provide input at all team meetings organized by your direct supervisor.
  11. Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  12. Maintain a professional neat appearance that adheres to the Company's dress code.
  13. Maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation to ensure our client's and Company's needs are met.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed

  1. Registered Nurse License issued by the State is required .
  2. American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required .
  3. Working weekends and having a flexible schedule is required .
  4. Ability to self-promote and engage in company social media with relation to meeting social media guidelines and expectations.
  5. Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for transportation.
  6. Must have sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  7. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  8. Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  9. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  10. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
