Customer Success Specialist

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving and analyzing all aspects of customer purchase orders.
• Responsible for communicating with customers-verbal and written
• Responsible for typing and e-mailing customer quotes
• Responsible for acquiring product knowledge to assist customers with technical questions.
• Responsible for assisting customers with all specs of a customer's order-approval prints, order status, shipment details, and establishing creditworthiness
• Responsible for communicating with our representatives to follow-up on quotations
• Responsible for coordinating information between the customer, engineering department, and production department.
• Authorized to request changes to the Quality System in order to facilitate improvement or to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excel, Word, Windows
• 4 years’ experience in a related field, if no diploma. Mechanical aptitude, strong organizational skills, proficient in written and verbal communication.
