Lead a team to conduct preliminary research and evaluation for innovative drug development projects in oncology, metabolism, and cardiovascular diseases, and initiate projects;

Lead a team to conduct biological research for new drug development projects and deliver high-quality candidate drugs for preclinical and clinical studies;

Understand the biological functions of targets and study the mechanisms of action of drugs at the cellular level, assist in the research and evaluation of new drug targets and design drug development plans to provide biological support for projects;

As a member of the drug development leadership team, collaborate with other teams to make clear decisions on target selection and validation, lead compound optimization, and candidate compound nomination, including designing and delivering complete data packages to support candidate compounds for preclinical and clinical studies.

Actively complete other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

PhD degree, or Master's degree with equivalent work experience, in cell biology, immunology, or related fields;

At least 8 years of relevant work experience in R&D institutions, with preference for those with successful experience in the development of small molecule drugs;

Successful experience in using advanced molecular and cellular biotechnology and related in vivo models;

Comprehensive knowledge of other drug research disciplines and technological fields, capable of efficiently advancing project progress;

Excellent communication skills, with academic paper publication records, and experience of collaborating with drug chemistry and CRO R&D teams preferred;

High sense of responsibility and dedication, with good execution ability.

The specific job grade will be determined based on the candidate's overall qualifications.

职责描述：

1. 带领团队完成肿瘤、代谢、心血管等创新研发项目的前期调研评估，立项；
2. 带领团队致力于新药研发项目的生物学研究，交付可用于临床前和临床研究的优质候选药物；
3. 理解靶点的生物学功能，在细胞水平上研究药物的作用机制，协助新药靶点的调研评估和设计研发方案，为项目提供生物学支持；
4. 作为药物开发领导团队的一员，与其他团队合作，为靶点的选择和验证、先导化合物优化和候选化合物提名做清晰的决策，包括设计并交付完整的数据包支持候选化合物进行临床前和临床研究。
5. 积极完成交付的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1. 博士学历，或硕士具有同等工作经验者，细胞生物学、免疫学或其他相关专业；
2. 至少8年以上研发机构相关工作经验， 有小分子药物成功研发经验的优先；
3. 有成功运用先进的分子和细胞生物技术及相关体内模型研究的经验；
4. 对其他药物研究学科和技术领域的工作知识有较全面的了解，可以高效推动项目进度；
5. 优秀的沟通能力,有学术论文发表记录，与药物化学和CRO研发团队合作经验的优先；
6. 具有高度的责任感和敬业精神，拥有良好的执行力。
7. 具体岗位职级将根据候选人综合资质确定。
