* You love being an independently licensed therapist, driven by a genuine passion for supporting young minds.
* You are happy to have _someone else_ do your billing and get you credentialed with insurance payers.
* You are experienced in evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
* You have liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million per case/$3 million aggregate.
* You have a reliable internet connection
* You have a dependable computer you can use to provide seamless teletherapy.
* Not required, but nice to have: experience in areas such as disordered eating, OCD, suicidality, and co-occurring conditions.
