• Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to potential clients.
• Manage and update client accounts, ensuring accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles; prior experience in sales or customer service is a bonus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Competitive hourly wage: $26 - $31 per hour.
