About the Role:

• Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Estimate property loss damages caused by fire, water, and natural disasters for insurance restoration purposes.
• Work closely with homeowners affected by property losses, providing exceptional service during difficult times.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters to create accurate estimates.
• Operate in a hybrid environment, splitting time between the office, the field, and client meetings.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance restoration estimating or as an insurance adjuster with property loss expertise.
• Knowledge of construction and restoration processes is a must.
• Proficiency in XactAnalysis and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Work Environment:

• Office located in Kent, WA, with flexibility for hybrid work (in-office weekly meetings required).
• Standard work schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM.
• Team-oriented office

Compensation

• Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (depending on experience)
• Total Compensation: Up to $120,000 with commissions
