About the Role: As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning, organization, and execution of events that showcase the vision and identity of our clients. • Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
• Support the creation of event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align event themes and branding.
• Manage on-site event setup, registrations, and attendee support.
• Monitor budgets and provide administrative support to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain communication with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Gather feedback post-event to refine processes and enhance future events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event management tools is advantageous.
