Position Summary:
We’re seeking a results-oriented Executive Recruiter to help identify, attract, and place top talent in HVAC, mechanical contracting, and construction management roles across the country in most major markets. This is a 100% remote , commission-only role ideal for a self-motivated, independent professional who’s ready to build or expand their recruiting desk in a high-demand niche.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and present top candidates for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction roles (e.g., Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, Service Sales, and more)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Utilize multiple channels including LinkedIn, CRM databases, job boards, cold outreach, and networking
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from lead generation to offer acceptance
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
Stay current on market trends, job titles, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges in the mechanical trades
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in recruiting or staffing (preferred, not required if you bring strong industry knowledge or sales acumen)
Knowledge of the mechanical contracting, HVAC, or skilled trades industries a major plus
Comfortable working 100% remote with high autonomy and accountability
Proven ability to manage a full-desk recruiting workflow or a strong desire to learn
Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for closing deals and helping people succeed
