If you're driven, results-oriented, and have a proven track record in sourcing leads and closing loans, we want to hear from you! This role is designed for seasoned sales professionals with an NMLS and MLO license in WA, AZ, CO, TX, GA, or FL who are passionate about empowering clients to navigate the mortgage process effectively.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer at KBishop Funding, you'll leverage your expertise to independently source leads, build client relationships, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process. This is not an entry-level position; we're looking for motivated self-starters with an active MLO license and a desire to make an immediate impact.

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively source your own leads and close mortgage loans with efficiency and professionalism.
• Actively engage with potential and existing clients, offering high-standard, personalized mortgage guidance.
• Represent the company at community events and meet personally with clients to offer dedicated and expert mortgage advice.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance your strategies based on client feedback to increase overall satisfaction and effectiveness.

90-Day Objectives:

• Gain an in-depth understanding of our range of mortgage products and the overall home-buying process.
• Develop effective strategies for managing leads and nurturing client relationships.
• Become proficient in utilizing our CRM system to track client interactions and streamline processes.

Working Environment:

• This full-time remote position allows you to work from anywhere.
• Customize your working hours to align with peak productivity periods, including scheduling necessary face-to-face interactions with clients.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Active NMLS License : Applicants must hold a current MLO license in WA, AZ, CO, TX, GA, or FL.
• Active NMLS License : Applicants must hold a current NMLS license in good standing to qualify for this position.
• Proven Sales Track Record : A solid history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated success in sourcing leads and closing loans – this is not for entry-level or newly licensed professionals.
• Resilience and a Positive Attitude : Tackle challenges enthusiastically, viewing each as a growth opportunity.
• Strong Communication Skills : Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate complex mortgage details in an understandable manner.
