Are you passionate about agriculture and eager to work on a diverse, family-owned dairy farm? We are working with a 3rd generation family farm that is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand. Their farm is home to about 500 head of dairy cattle and spans 1,000 acres of farm land. Key Responsibilities: Milking & Feeding: Assist with the daily milking of cows and ensure they are fed properly to maintain their health and productivity. Equipment Operation: Operate various farming equipment safely and efficiently, including tractors and other machinery. Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on farming equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. General Farm Tasks: Participate in other farm-related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of their operations. Qualifications: Prior experience in dairy farming or agricultural work is preferred but not required. Ability to operate and maintain farming equipment safely. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Team player with good communication skills. Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
