Bridgepoint Maintenance is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our Flooring department, in the Grand Rapids area. We value individuals with a combination of skills and a genuine passion for ensuring the aesthetic appeal and safety of our facility for our residents. This role will be instrumental in supporting our maintenance department to uphold high standards in maintaining a beautiful and secure environment. Responsibilities:

• Experience installing all types of flooring, carpet, vinyl, hardwood and tile
• Must be able to work politely with senior residents
• Assumes responsibility for installation quality and correctness, and cost effectiveness on all jobs
• Ability to complete repairs
• Timely completion of installing flooring
• Keep the maintenance supervisor informed of any issues or occurrences and to seek guidance and support from the supervisor but must be able to perform duties under minimal supervision

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to travel to job site in own vehicle
• Traveling a distance is possible, requiring an overnight stay
