Location: Pasadena, CA

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

Our client is a start-up franchise residential HVAC services company based in Pasadena, CA. As a startup, they’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to join their team to help them scale and establish their brand as a leader in the industry.

Position Overview

Looking for a results-oriented General Manager to oversee the daily operations of their HVAC business. This role involves managing technicians, optimizing processes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational success. While HVAC industry experience is preferred, it is not required for candidates with a proven track record in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality in service delivery.
2. Manage, train, and develop a team of HVAC technicians and support staff.
3. Implement effective strategies to maximize productivity, minimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for client projects.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
6. Assist in budget planning, inventory management, and financial reporting.
7. Identify growth opportunities and drive operational improvements across the company.
8. Help set the culture with the owner.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in operations or general management in an HVAC or home service-based industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and deliver a high level of service.
