Nexeo HR is currently seeking a General Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Las Vegas, NV . You will be working with a growing and dynamic 3PL Domestic/International Warehousing company and will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day warehouse operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong warehouse management skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in both administrative duties and sales/marketing, with the ability to ensure smooth warehouse operations and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for pick orders via Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Pulling pick orders EDI imported into the WMS system.

• Scheduling LTL carriers for pick-up.

• Entering tracking details per pick order.

• Scanning and organizing customer pick orders daily.

• Emailing customers daily shipped pick orders.

• Assisting with entering billing charges and batching for accounting.

• Responding to leads to increase customer base.

• Development of newsletters and blogs to engage customers and prospects.

• Utilize leads generated by the warehouse website and external services.

• Work closely with the marketing team to grow and promote the company.

• Oversee and enhance workplace safety protocols.

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Proven experience scheduling and confirming LTL carriers for pick-up.

• Sales & Marketing experience is essential.

• Expertise in warehouse inventory systems and operations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.

• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with customers and the operational team effectively.

• Experience in workplace safety management and compliance.

• Must be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Pay

$20.00 – $22.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday
