Position Summary:

The Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key member of the executive team, responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy. This role will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and commercial performance across all channels and regions. Based in the U.S., the CMO will lead a cross-border team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the WVH brand in both established and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a unified global marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to reflect WVH’s premium identity.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team in shaping business direction.

Growth Marketing:

  • Own the global marketing budget with clear ROI accountability.
  • Oversee digital marketing, e-commerce, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM Initiatives 
  • Drive performance marketing campaigns focused on B2B and DTC growth, particularly in the North American market.

Brand & Content:

  • Oversee brand identity and creative direction across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the creation of high-impact content for multiple platforms (web, video, social, email, print).
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual standards across regions and product lines.

International Expansion

  • Support and localize marketing strategies Globally, covering key territories.
  • Build marketing operations and resources to support growth in target regions.
  • Develop region-specific insights to tailor campaigns for cultural and commercial impact.

Customer & Market Intelligence

  • Use data analytics to drive customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and LTV growth.
  • Identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across markets.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and implement continuous improvements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, operations, product, and customer service teams.
  • Champion a results-driven and customer-centric culture within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive global marketing leadership experience, preferably in premium consumer products, design, or building materials.
  • Proven success managing global brand and performance marketing across digital and physical channels.
  • Strong track record of team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in ecommerce, direct-to-consumer marketing, and B2B channels.
  • Deep understanding of North American and international market dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
