Designers Hår Salon is a fun, modern, full service Aveda hair salon located in Chisago City, MN. We specialize in all color services such as balayage, foils, or fashion colors. We provide haircuts for all ages. We also have a cute spa room for simple facials, waxing services, lash lifts and tints.
Designers Hår Salon has been in business for over 20 years and has been under new ownership since 2022. We are a commission/tier based salon that offers all the perks of working for yourself without worrying about the behind the scene details such as ordering your own products , paying your own taxes, or providing your own liability insurance. We keep a receptionist on staff to help with booking appointments and they can call to reschedule clients if you are sick.
You will get to work with a team who has your back! We work well together helping with color formulations or assisting in shampooing if running behind. Our team has a lot of fun! We enjoy having potlucks to celebrate birthdays and the occasional happy hour for some outside of the salon comradery!

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Hairstylist, Hair Colorist, Cosmetologist, Hairdresser, and Hair Designer at Designers Hår Salon. The role involves providing a range of hair care services including styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments. The professional will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation, consulting clients about their hair care needs, and offering product recommendations. Exceptional customer service and communication with clients are crucial parts of the role. This is an on-site position located in Chisago City, MN.
