About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead its commercial sales account management team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a people-centric approach, responsible for the full account management function. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's customer-first philosophy, providing full fleet management and funding solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The Head of Account Management will be tasked with stakeholder management, including international, strategic planning, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and growing large sales teams, with experience in B2B sales and a proven track record in fast-paced, transactional sales processes. While experience in contract hire is advantageous, the company is open to considering candidates from the wider fleet space who have operated in entrepreneurial environments and are comfortable with innovative, out-of-the-box thinking. The role is home-based, with a focus on the Southern UK office, and offers a unique opportunity to work with a business that has a strong presence in the market and is known for its well-structured deals. The Head of Account Management will be expected to drive the team's performance, support and develop the operational team, and take the company's proposition forward.
