About the Role:
As a Hearing Care Provider, you will be at the forefront of patient care, delivering life-changing hearing solutions to individuals with hearing loss. You will manage the entire patient process, from conducting comprehensive hearing tests to fitting state-of-the-art hearing instruments, ensuring each patient receives an outstanding experience. Your role will also involve managing the daily operations of the Santa Maria office and driving business success through superior patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Care: Conduct thorough hearing evaluations
• Hearing Solutions: Recommend and fit hearing instruments tailored to each patient’s unique hearing needs and lifestyle.
• Follow-Up Care: Provide ongoing patient support, including regular check-ups and maintenance care to ensure long -term satisfaction throughout the hearing aid purchase process.
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage assistant staff and maintain a professional work environment.
• Financial Performance: Ensure the clinic meets financial goals and tracking the success of marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
• A current license to dispense hearing instruments in California (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Previous experience in hearing aid dispensing and/or fitting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain test results clearly to patients.
• A professional demeanor and the ability to manage office operations effectively.
• Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
