As an insurance agent assistant, you’ll show our customers the value that comes with being a Farmers policyholder: preparing insurance quotes, advising customers on coverage, setting appointments and binding coverage — all without making a single cold call. Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Agency’s book of business and referral partners
• Generating accurate quotes at high volumes and binding policies
• Appointment setting
• Nurture strong customer relationships with focus to increase client retention and agency loyalty.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation as requested
• Utilize and navigate various computer systems and platforms to perform daily duties
• Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems
• Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed
• Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles

Requirements:

• Must be able to successfully complete Tennessee Property and Casualty Insurance requirements and agency training programs
• Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
• Ability to independently prioritize and organize the day
• Persuasive, proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism over the phone or in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
• Bi-lingual preferred

· Based on experience, the compensation offered is $30,000-$55,000 per year
