Position Overview:
Our Analysts work closely with senior bankers in all aspects of a transaction from origination to closing. Our Analysts have the opportunity to harness their potential by being part of a culture of collaboration and accountability that offers compelling work and immediate direct client exposure.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work on client engagements related to M&A advisory services, capital formation, and other strategic advisory work
• Support the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses and presentation materials
• Construct and maintain financial models for M&A and financing scenarios
• Develop client presentations and transaction-related documents
• Research and assimilate market data related to public and private companies
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Internship or previous work experience in M&A, private equity, or related investment firm
• Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of managing a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
• Resourceful self-starter; able to work autonomously
• General understanding of accounting, finance and investment banking processes
• Demonstrated team player and leader
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative and communication skills
• Able to excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Series 69, 73 and SIE required following employment
