Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr Talent Management and People Development Specialist | Building Positive Work Environments for Personal and Professional Growth Junior Copywriter Job Description: As a Junior Copywriter at Gina Group, you will work closely with our creative team to produce compelling and on-brand written content. This role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow in the field of copywriting while supporting the team with copy across a variety of marketing channels. Responsibilities: Craft engaging content for various platforms including websites, social media posts, email campaigns, digital and print advertisements, blog posts, product descriptions, and more. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging. Conduct research on target audiences, product features, market trends, and industry terminology to create relevant and engaging content. Writing and tailoring content for various platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, advertisements, and product descriptions. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors preferred 2+ years of copy writing experience required. Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy that resonates with audiences and communicates key messages effectively. Strong ability to come up with fresh and innovative ideas for diverse types of content, ensuring creativity flows through all projects. Excellent attention to detail to ensure all copy is polished, error-free, and well-structured. Ability to gather relevant information to produce accurate and informative content that engages the target audience. Capable of adapting your writing to reflect the brand’s tone and messaging, ensuring consistency across all materials. Understanding basic SEO principles, such as keyword usage and optimization techniques, particularly for digital content.
