About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Product Researcher to join our team full-time, based in Palo Alto, CA. This is an on-site role that also involves traveling to meet customers, gathering their feedback, and turning those insights into actionable recommendations for the product team. If you’re great at communicating, love problem-solving, and enjoy working directly with people, this role is a perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction : Travel to meet with customers, build relationships, and understand their experiences using our product.
• Gather Feedback : Collect and document customer pain points, needs, and suggestions through interviews, surveys, and observations.
• Translate Feedback into Insights : Analyze the information gathered and convert it into clear, actionable insights for the product team.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide context for customer feedback.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the product team to ensure customer insights are incorporated into the product roadmap.
• Report Creation : Compile your findings into detailed but easy-to-understand reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable speaking with a wide range of people.
• Interest in technology and learning about how products are built.
• Ability to observe and analyze customer behavior and identify patterns or common issues.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to document findings clearly.
• Willingness to travel and spend time on-site with customers.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Palo Alto, CA.
• Full-time availability only.
