About:

We're seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Architecture with a passion for design-build landscapes. Join our skilled team working on high-end residential and commercial projects across Sanibel, Captiva, and the greater Southwest Florida area. You'll gain hands-on experience in coastal landscape design, environmental resiliency, and work directly with clients to create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.



What You'll Do:

• Develop landscape concepts, planting plans, and construction documents for high-end residential and commercial projects.

• Conduct site analysis and apply Florida-native plant knowledge, especially for coastal and barrier island environments.

• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Produce drawings and presentations using AutoCAD, LandFX, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Perform site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve field issues.

• Support project management, scheduling, and material coordination.

• Pursue licensure and stay current on regional landscape design trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture (Preferred)
• Design experience and plant knowledge specific to SW Florida (Preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, LandFX, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Positive, creative mindset with a willingness to pursue licensure
• Valid driver's license required.
