Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for an exciting hybrid opportunity in the San Francisco Bay Area? We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Legal Secretary with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join a dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys specializing in litigation.
• Prepare, edit, and file legal documents including pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery materials according to court rules and deadlines.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Handle e-filing in compliance with local and federal court requirements.
• Maintain case files and manage client correspondence.
• Conduct basic legal research and assist with trial preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficiency in workflows.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in litigation.
• Proficiency in legal software and tools, including eDiscovery platforms and e-filing systems.
• Strong typing, proofreading, and document formatting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and applicable laws.
