Maintenance Supervisor/Technician in Denver!

Are you a dedicated, hands-on leader with a passion for property maintenance? If so, we want you to join the team as a Maintenance Supervisor! This is your chance to actively contribute to our vibrant Denver community while leading by example.

What You'll Do:

In this dual role, you'll not only lead but also work alongside your team to ensure our multifamily property runs smoothly. You'll supervise a fellow maintenance technician, tackling daily maintenance tasks, unit turnovers, and ensuring every apartment is in pristine condition for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Maintenance Tasks: Engage in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs throughout the property.
Unit Turnovers: Actively participate in making units ready for new residents, ensuring quick and efficient turnovers.
Team Leadership: Mentor and support your team, setting high standards for performance and communication.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with outside contractors, overseeing their work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Emergency Response: Join the on-call rotation, responding swiftly to urgent maintenance needs and implementing emergency procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in property maintenance with strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
A leader who inspires their team through example and collaboration.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Valid certifications, including a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and EPA certification.
