We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, preferably within the real estate or apartment unit rental industry. This role requires a creative individual who can develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, as well as manage reception duties. Individual will also be responsible for coordinating events for a senior building in Oshawa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing materials and campaigns to promote apartment rentals.
• Update and maintain the company website, Facebook, and other social media platforms to engage with potential tenants.
• Plan and coordinate events to showcase available units and enhance tenant experience.
• Coordinate events for existing tenants in a seniors building.
• Create compelling content for digital and print marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Handle reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or unit rental industry.
• Proven experience in updating websites and managing social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hardworking, proactive, and detail-oriented.
