Job Description

As the Marketing and Events Coordinator , you will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and developing, planning, and executing a wide range of events aimed at promoting our brand, products, and services. You will leverage your highly organized and detail-oriented skill set to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and executional excellence across all marketing initiatives. Your work will help create memorable and impactful experiences that engage our audiences and support business growth. A successful candidate must be able to: Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, and channel activations. Coordinate and track marketing meetings, campaign timelines, and project plans across the department. Assist in content development and asset trafficking for campaigns, events, and promotions. Maintain and manage the master marketing calendar for visibility across teams. Plan and coordinate various events including trade shows, webinars, workshops, and community initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and executive stakeholders to ensure full alignment between event activities and broader marketing efforts. Manage all logistics related to event planning, including budgets, venues, vendors, contracts, registration, promotions, staffing, and post-event reporting. Concept and execute engaging event themes, signage, booth designs, and brand activations that reinforce Signature Solar's values and key messages. Oversee creation, inventory, and shipping of marketing collateral, merchandise, and materials for events. Research industry trends, monitor competitors, and propose new event ideas and technologies to keep Signature Solar at the forefront of solar events. Perform all other duties as assigned. A successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of events, from small-scale gatherings to large-scale expos.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize innovative event ideas and experiences that align with brand objectives.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning.
• 1+ years of experience coordinating marketing campaigns.
