GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The marketing and social media intern is responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and assisting with marketing campaigns. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various marketing areas, unleash your creativity, and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms. Oversee daily operations of social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends. Track and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement. Content Creation: Proactively capture and create original photos, videos, and other visual content for social media and marketing campaigns. Design and produce engaging visuals, including graphics, videos, and infographics to complement written content and enhance user engagement. Develop content calendars and strategies that align with marketing goals and campaigns. Marketing Campaigns: Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives and brand strategy. Capture and document key company events. Produce a wide range of graphic material, including a company website and company logo. Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and audience preferences. Stay updated with the latest content trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices to keep content relative and innovative. Project Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments. Handle correspondence, follow up on requests, and ensure timely communication. Work closely with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives and ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
