Marketing Manager – Strategic & Hands-On Leadership

🔹 Leverage Data for Success – Monitor KPIs, analyze industry trends, and refine strategies to optimize performance and ROI.
🔹 Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team – Manage and mentor a small but mighty team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Marketing Expertise – 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand strategy, digital marketing, and advertising .
✅ Hands-On Leadership – Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and also dive into execution when needed.
✅ Exceptional Communication – Strong ability to engage cross-functional teams, partners, and executive leadership.
✅ Agility & Problem-Solving – Thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivot when necessary, and always find creative solutions.
✅ Digital & Traditional Marketing Skills – Experience with website management, social media, digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and event marketing .
