Freelance Marketing Project Manager – Growth & Scale Expert

I'm looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to help grow and scale my already successful Hebrew school business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, can take an idea and turn it into a high-impact campaign, and knows how to build sustainable growth through proven marketing techniques.

About the Role:

- Freelance to start, with the potential for part-time and then full-time based on performance.

- Work remotely, but being in the Charleston SC area is a plus.

- Performance-driven role—success is measured based on clear growth KPIs that you will help define.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to scale the business.

- Identify new growth opportunities — whether through partnerships, ads, content, or other channels.
- Leverage data and analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Test and refine marketing approaches based on measurable results.

What I’m Looking For:

- Proven experience in scaling an online business (preferably in education or a related field).

- Hands-on expertise - you should be able to strategize but also execute.

- Strong project management skills — able to handle multiple initiatives at once.

- Experience with digital advertising, growth hacking, and conversion optimization.

- A deep understanding of online course and book marketing (or a strong willingness to learn).

- Self-driven and results-oriented — you should set measurable goals and deliver on them.

- A connection to Hebrew, Israel, or Jewish culture is a plus.

- Located in CHS is a plus.
