We are looking to hire an amazing Office Manager.

• Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, solid written and verbal communication skills, excellent work ethic with a strong business sense and professional appearance a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills: high level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
• Handles personnel issues within company guidelines, conducts employee training and performance evaluations, participates in recruiting and staffing process.
• Drive for results/action-oriented-able to target and achieve results, set goals, show energy and react to opportunity, instill urgency in others, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a customer service related field such as hospitality preferred.
• Develop team strengths and provide clear paths for staff empowerment, success and growth, payroll.

• A minimum of five years experience in management.
• Manage new hire, from screening through onboarding.
• Ability to effectively develop and motivate employees, set direction and measure success.
• Team building and total customer satisfaction is a priority.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Windows, Outlook, Word, Access, Excel) and internet applications.
