Overview:

We're looking for driven and compassionate Account Executives to join a dedicated healthcare sales team supporting a trusted leader in home medical equipment and respiratory care. In this role, you'll build long-lasting referral relationships with doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other key players in the medical community. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand referral networks within hospitals, physician offices, and post-acute care settings
  • Educate healthcare professionals about innovative respiratory equipment, services, and therapies
  • Conduct in-person sales calls to establish trust and drive business growth across your territory
  • Collaborate with an expert local team to ensure seamless service and exceptional patient care
  • Track your sales activity, pipeline, and results using modern CRM tools

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of healthcare sales experience preferred - recent college grads with the drive to learn are encouraged to apply!
  • Four-year degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Ability to drive covering territory (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Strong communicator with a passion for building relationships
  • Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel within your rural territory
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; background check and drug screen required
  • Familiarity with medical equipment or medical terminology is a plus
  • Must live within 25 miles of location
