A bit about us: As a Mid-Market Account Executive (Restaurant Technology), you will be a part of an energetic, results-driven sales team in the rapidly evolving restaurant technology industry. This role is for true hunters who are passionate about technology, sales, and the restaurant industry. You will be tasked with identifying and closing sales opportunities with mid-market restaurants and chains to help them improve their business operations through our innovative technology solutions.

Job Details Responsibilities:
- Utilize your Sandler training to effectively manage and grow a sales pipeline from prospecting through contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Leverage your hunter mentality to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the mid-market restaurant segment.
- Perform cold calling and other lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Engage in B2B sales, presenting our technology solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders in the restaurant industry.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of mid-market restaurants, and tailor our technology solutions to address those needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including customer success, product, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through onboarding and beyond.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to inform your sales strategy.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the restaurant technology or related industry.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Experience using the Sandler sales methodology or equivalent.
- Strong B2B sales experience, with a focus on mid-market accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and technology trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must be a team player, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
