We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly, and open-minded individual with a keen attention to detail to join our four-member Customer Service team. As an Office Admin/Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our overall success by collaborating with a dedicated team within our esteemed organization.
The ideal team member will possess the following qualifications:
• At least 2 years experience using an ERP system
• Possesses a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Demonstrates excellent data entry accuracy, organized and effective communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Excellent typing skills and experience working with computers and software (Excel, Word, e-mail, web browsers, etc.)
• Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership
• Ability to thrive under pressure
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Sort and organize hard copies after entering data electronically
• Receive, review, and enter data into the computer database according to established policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity
• Directs unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resource to resolve.
• Ability to learn and follow procedures and policies.
• Addressing data inconsistencies by working with team members to locate missing data.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by the supervisor.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Reports to Customer Service Supervisor.
• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
