**THIS IS A CONTRACT PART TIME (3 DAYS A WEEK FROM 9AM-12PM)**

Office Assistant (PART TIME)

Ridgewood, NJ with a move to Montvale, NJ

This position is 100% onsite

This is a contract with potential for a direct placement role.

$20-$22/hr

Job Description:

• Opening/Sorting Mail, tracking company cars, tracking insurance cards,
• Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding, miscellaneous ad hoc projects such as assisting with the move to new office in Montvale NJ
• EXCELLENT organization skills
• Youthful in mindset and approach
• 3 days a week/ part time with potential for more time as role and business grows

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business administration is a plus.



Experience:

• 1–2 years in an administrative or office support role.
