• Ensure inventory is well-organized, accurately tracked, and consistently stocked to meet customer and service team needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support, helping them find the right solutions to enhance their Powersports experience.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely ordering and delivery.
• Lead efforts to improve department performance and ensure profitability.

• Experience in inventory management, retail operations, or a related field (Powersports or automotive industry experience preferred).
• Proven ability to drive sales by identifying customer needs, up-selling products, and focusing on profitability.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with inventory or point-of-sale software is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for Powersports products and accessories is highly desirable.
